Really unique rare shaped sterling locket/vinaigrette. A vinaigrette is a scent locket where you can put a piece of perfumed cloth inside as the locket has an openwork design. Even the bail has marcasite accents. Measures just over 1.25 inches x just over 0.25 inches. Stamped 925 on bail.
